Whenever I bake in large quantities, I always use one of the most unlikely of bakery supplies that any of my friends could imagine. Using jerky drying racks to cool cookies, muffins and other bakery goods would not be as surprising if I did not make my living through being a vegetarian, vegan freelance baker. As strange as it might seem to use jerky drying racks over other cooling racks, they just seem to work better for me.

Going online to shop for my cooling racks and other baking supplies is very enjoyable for me. I find it very difficult to get out long enough to take my time shopping for baking supplies, so ordering from an online store is exceedingly convenient for me. Most importantly, I have saved obvious amounts of money by shopping online for my bakery supplies.

Despite the constant teasing from my friends, I will continue to use the bakery supplies of my choice. I love the results that I get from using jerky drying racks as pastry cooling racks and I could not imagine working without them now.
