My Grandfather has always seemed like such a strong man in my eyes, so when he was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago I was devastated. I felt like I could not do anything to help or control what he was going through and I was starting to become very depressed about the situation. Everything changed about my perspective when I happened upon a wonderful diabetic cookbook online.

I had just happened to be looking to buy new cooking supplies from my favorite online store and I saw a picture of the cookbook. I did not even read the description before I ordered it and I do not regret that decision at all. The first thing that I did when I received the cookbook was cook Nanny and Poppy a meal from it and took it over. They use their cookbook all of the time now and I know in my heart that it has really helped both of them.

These days poppy is doing just fine and I feel really at peace as well. I am so glad that I saw the diabetic cooking book on my favorite online superstore and purchased it. I am relieved that there is one less thing that I have to worry about. As long as Poppy is eating appropriately, I am sure he will be just fine.
