My best friend and I have decided to start a small cookie baking business and we spent part of this past weekend out looking for bakery supplies.    I’d heard about several stores in the city that offered baking supplies so we decided to get up bright and early Saturday morning to make the hour drive to check them out.   We stopped along the way for breakfast and talked at length about our recipes and what we’d like to do with our business once we got it started.    We arrived at the store and even though they had a huge supply of bakery supplies, I knew that the prices were far beyond what either one of us could afford.  At those prices we would have to purchase one thing here and there and that wasn’t going to work for what we had planned.  We left feeling a little dejected, but we decided to go back to my place and see if we could find bakery supplies online.   We weren’t sure what we’d end up with, but were thrilled when we found the same products for a fraction of the price.  We placed an order immediately for the bakery supplies and now we wait for them to arrive.
