Hello to all from Terry at GoodGalley.com.  I have been gratified and very flattered with some of the private comments that I have gotten over the www.GoodGalley.com site and the blogs, one of which you are reading now.  It is so much fun to talk to people about food, preparation techniques and recipes, as well as the tools and utensils that it takes to make it all go.  However, it seems that many of you are shy and hesitant to post to the blogs.  For the life of me, I can't figure out why.  Could you help me with this?
