I have been known to spend some time in the kitchen with a cookbook making new cooking recipes. I try all types of different cooking recipes. My only requirement is if the cooking recipes I find in one of the many cookbook varieties I have looks like something my family and I will enjoy. I enjoy this time pretending to be one of the well known kitchen cooks and while I make many mistakes, at least when I first began my cooking adventures. I am lucky because my mom taught all her son's to cook basic foods while we were young because she worked full time. I suppose my early experiences cooking recipes has always kept me interested in grabbing a cookbook and diving right in. Over the years my cookbook collection has expanded, courtesy of my mom and daughters, to where I now own almost two dozen cookbooks covering everything from cooking Italian, hearty American cooking recipes, Chinese, Mediterranean, and several cookbooks dedicated to only breads, cookie's, favorite local cooking recipes, meats, and more. When I do plan to spend a few hours in the kitchen trying out new cooking recipes I like to drink coffee and this has led me to look for a new coffee machine that makes great tasting coffee. My current coffee machine works fine but it takes forever to brew a pot and when i want a cup i do not want to wait for it. I located a coffee machine online that is a big large for my kitchen when I am the only one there but since I have family and friends over all the time I figure the extra size of this coffee machine will come in handy. Plus it is the same brand and type of coffee maker we used at work and the coffee tasted great. The BUNN Coffee Brewer from the online web site Good Galley is just what i want when I am cooking recipes and need a good cup of joe to keep me going. Located online at http://goodgalley.com/ the Bunn coffee maker's have a excellent reputation for not only brewing a great tasting cup of coffee but they last forever.
