bakery suppliesI cook every single day of my life, but baking is not something I do regularly.  Baking things like cakes and cookies is kept for special occasions. I try to watch what I eat and because my husband has a very sweet tooth I have to be careful about keeping too many treats in the house. Still I have all the necessary bakery supplies to make cakes, cookies and pies. What’s more I will be using these bakery supplies quite a lot in the coming months because of Christmas and Thanksgiving. In fact my bakery supplies will see some use as early as next week because it is my husband’s birthday and I have promised to make him a cake.  Of all the bakery supplies in my house I use my electric mixer and bowl the most. I think the electric mixer is the most useful of all bakery supplies because it saves me time and effort. It also enables me to ensure my cake batter is mixed properly, which ensures superior results.  I do not bake all of the time, but at least I have all the bakery supplies to create yummy treats when the occasion calls for it.
