cookbook

I was shopping online, and I found a great internet site that carried a cookbook I had been searching for.  Thank goodness, this was a discount ecommerce store, and when I saw the cookbook, I jumped at the chance and ordered three.  I plan on giving one to my Step-Father, one to my daughter and one for me.  The cookbook is called, "Cook N for Diabetes."  I cannot believe I got it at such a good price!

Since I was told I was diabetic about two years ago, I cannot believe how much my life has changed.  This is a diagnosis that will put you face-to-face with your Maker.  The good thing about this disease is that with my Type 2 onset, I can take medications, some injections, and with proper nutrition and exercise, I can work on getting it back in control.  No one wants to have this disease; but, if you do, it is imperative you do the right things which include eating what is recommended.  The cookbook I ordered will assist me with that part, and it's up to me to do the rest!
